Building your dream home at Everleigh is an exciting time!

Mirvac want to ensure your covenant experience runs as smooth as possible. In order to avoid complications at your final inspection please see below some common mistakes to discuss with your builder.

The landscaping to areas of your lot visible from Public Areas must be approved by the Design Committee. Planted garden beds must be provided to a minimum of 50% of the available soft landscaping area forward of the building line.

Well maintained, full, lush landscaped front gardens with two 1.8m advanced trees
Sparse front gardens with limited plants and trees that are not maintained
Only hardwood Feature Fence visible to the street
Strictly no Good Neighbour Fence visible to the street
The letterbox design/style should complement and match the dwelling, using the same materials, finishes, and sizing as per Australia Post recommendations. It should also match the design of the home and landscaping style
Poor quality letterboxes such as single post supporting letterboxes will not be approved.
Finishes to the primary street and or secondary street facade must return back around the other walls and extend back in line with your precinct’s Residential Design Guidelines or wherever the side fence meets the house, whichever is greater.
Render or material finish not meeting side fence
Public facing window furnishings must be in accordance with the Residential Design Guidelines specifications.
Temporary window treatments or vertical blinds are not permitted
The style of any screen visible from a Public Area must be of a simple profile in accordance with the Residential Design Guidelines.
Hexagonal, diamond grill or ornate historical styles are not permitted
Preferably built into the roof cavity or not visible to the street
Prominent antennas visible to the street or public areas
